Nevada Divorce Settlement Agreement
This Divorce Settlement Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by _____ ("Spouse One") and _____ ("Spouse Two"), collectively referred to as the "Parties", residing in the State of Nevada, who wish to define their rights and responsibilities after their decision to dissolve their marriage.
WHEREAS, the Parties were married on _____, in _____, Nevada, and are now in the process of divorcing under the terms of their mutual agreement and in compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS); and
WHEREAS, the Parties wish to settle between themselves all matters concerning their marital properties, child custody, visitation rights, child support, alimony, and any other matters that need resolution as a result of the dissolution of their marriage.
Now, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties agree as follows:
1. Division of Marital Assets and Liabilities
The Parties agree to the division of marital assets and liabilities as follows:
- Marital Residence: The marital residence located at _____, Nevada, shall be [awarded to/among] _____.
- Bank Accounts: All bank accounts currently held by the Parties shall be divided as follows:
- Personal Property: The Parties have divided their personal property to their mutual satisfaction and have released each other from any future claims regarding such property.
- Debts and Liabilities: The Parties agree that each will be responsible for the debts and liabilities in their names respectively and will indemnify and hold the other party harmless from such debts and liabilities.
2. Child Custody and Visitation
IF APPLICABLE: The Parties agree that the arrangement for the custody and visitation of their child(ren) shall be as follows:
- The Parties agree to joint legal custody of the child(ren).
- The primary physical custody will be awarded to _____, with the other party having visitation rights as agreed upon by both Parties.
- Any adjustments to this schedule must be made with the consent of both Parties, with the best interest of the child(ren) in mind.
3. Child Support

6. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
