This Nevada Marital Separation Agreement ("Agreement") is made on this ____ [day] of ____ [month], ____ [year], by and between ____ [Husband's full legal name], hereafter referred to as "Husband", and ____ [Wife's full legal name], hereafter referred to as "Wife", both of whom agree that they are fully capable of entering into this Agreement and that they do so voluntarily for their mutual benefit.

By entering into this Agreement, both parties affirm their intention to live separately and apart from each other, despite being legally married under the laws of the state of Nevada. This Agreement covers terms regarding the division of marital property, debts, child custody, visitation rights, and alimony, in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes.
