Nevada Prenuptial Agreement

This Prenuptial Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this ____ day of ___________, 20__, by and between _________________________ ("First Party") and _________________________ ("Second Party"), with the intention of being married in the near future. This Agreement sets forth the manner in which the assets and debts of each party will be treated in the unfortunate event of a divorce, separation, or death, in accordance with the Nevada Revised Statutes.

1. Disclosure of Assets and Liabilities

Both parties have fully disclosed to each other their current financial status, including all assets and liabilities. Attached hereto as Exhibits A and B are the financial statements of the First Party and the Second Party, respectively.

2. Separate Property

Each party shall retain all rights, title, and interest in the property they currently own and any property acquired individually, by inheritance, or by gift during the marriage. Such property shall be considered and remain the separate property of the party acquiring it.

3. Marital Property

Property and assets acquired jointly during the marriage will be considered marital property and shall be divided according to the terms set forth in this Agreement.

4. Spousal Support

Both parties agree that in the event of separation or divorce, spousal support will be as described in this Agreement, subject to the limitations and conditions set forth herein.

5. Amendment and Revocation

This Agreement may only be amended or revoked by a written document signed by both parties. Any changes to this Agreement, to be valid, must be in writing and signed by both parties.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.

7. Acknowledgment

Both parties acknowledge that they have had the opportunity to consult with an attorney of their choice to fully understand their rights and obligations under this Agreement. Both parties confirm that this Agreement is entered into voluntarily, without any coercion or duress from either party.
