This Room Rental Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into this _____ day of ______________, 20__, by and between ________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Landlord"), with a mailing address of ____________________________________, and ________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Tenant"), with a mailing address of ____________________________________.

WHEREAS, the Landlord is the rightful owner of the property located at ____________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the "Premises") and has the authority to enter into this Agreement; and

WHEREAS, the Tenant desires to rent a room in the Premises from the Landlord and the Landlord agrees to rent the room to the Tenant on the terms and conditions set forth herein;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises contained herein and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

1. Term

The term of this Agreement shall commence on ________ and shall continue until ________, unless sooner terminated pursuant to the provisions herein.

2. Rental Amount

The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord a monthly rental amount of $________. This amount shall be due and payable on the 1st day of each month during the term of this Agreement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising under or related to this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, and understandings of any kind. This Agreement may only be amended through written consent from both the Landlord and the Tenant.
